| - Alright, this is the breakdown: a bunch of organic green kale is $2.99 at Metro, $3.49 at Loblaws, $2.79 at No Frills (IF they have organic kale that day)...and $1.47 at Organic Garage.
A clamshell box of organic salad greens is $4.99 at Metro, $4.99 at Loblaws, $3.99 at No Frills...and $3.47 at Organic Garage.
A 2 litre carton of oat milk is $4.99 at Loblaws, nowhere to be found at Metro or No Frills...and $4.47 at Organic Garage.
A pastured, 454-gram organic-fed pork tenderloin (nowhere to be found at Loblaws, Metro or No Frills) is $21.95 at the Sweet Potato...and $9.85 at Organic Garage.
I could go on, but just to say - this store is hands down the MOST reasonably priced health food store I have ever visited. They have terrific weekly sales, and their offerings are consistently cheaper than any other grocery store.
The only reason why this place gets 4 (and not 5) stars is because its inventory/shelf stocking can be hit-and-miss. Many times, I walk into this store expecting to knock everything off of my grocery list, only to find an entire store section (particularly the seafood or dairy) totally bare. This is a sign that it's a popular place. Once they improve their inventory cycle, I'll revise my review.
