Update from my earlier post where Management states they have tried to reach out to me a few times to make things right.. that is correct, and I have emailed the sales agent twice since then ( waiting a month between emails ) telling him to feel free to put me on the calendar for their next route to fix the issue and add that missing trellis with bouganvillea he states he wants to provide in the voicemail, yet remarkably I have never heard back. corporate responsibility. this company has taken close to 2k of my hard earned money and made my backyard look horrible. Please dont respond to this post with false promises.
