  • Worst experience ever. This club has a lot of potential. It has a nice decor and the crowd is grown and sexy. However....customer service is by far the worst I have ever encountered. The owner is unprofessional and cocky. We reserved a table and the server was drunk, literally over pouring our drinks until they spilled all over the table. The first time was like, "OK accidents happens", but then the fourth pour and still spilling the drinks was some bull. I tell the owner about the server and he says, she doesn't even work there, but obviously he knew her because he spoke with her before ha sat us at our table. Then time passes and some random dudes invaded our table and got in my friend's face confronting him about something he had no clue about. Come to find out...he had the wrong guy, the girl he was with told him it was the guys in the booth next to us and he had the wrong guy and they left. Then security came to us and said we had to leave because that wasn't our table. He was going to try and make us leave until another security guy told him that we were ok. I told the owner about the guys that stepped to my boy and didn't understand how ppl can just randomly help themselves to our section without going through security that should have been monitoring the vip section. Well he says, "We don't have vip!" Wtf....Really? Upscale club but no vip? So I guess the section we paid for was supposed to compliment everybody. I told him he needed to tighten his security for the guys who was looking to start trouble with the guys next to us and he brushed it off. And like I warned, the guys picked a fight that could have been avoided if he didn't pacify my complaints. Ridiculous! The place been open a year but I don't see a future for this place with that type of service. Sad...cuz this place has potential.
