| - We used to love eating here, but my husband and I think the service and standard has went way, way down. We went in the other night, got seated but quickly realized several servers kept walking right past us. We kept saying "oh that must be our server... ok this girl must be our server, etc, etc." It started off comical, then it just became frustrating from a hungry, paying consumer standpoint. Each server would literally walk right past our table as if we were in visible. We hadn't been approached since we walked in, we ended up timing it; we sat there for twenty minutes. It was a huge bummer because I've spent a lot of money here, but we both sort of realized like "WHY do we keep spending our money here?" Every time we eat here or make an order to go, it continues to disappoint us from a customer service standpoint, and the quality/taste of the actual sushi. I'm not mad, just won't be eating at RA anymore. There's so many family owned sushi restaurants in the area that are SO much better.
