With a name like China Chili, you might expect that their food would be a bit on the spicy side. Especially the "House Spicy Chicken," described on the menu as finished with a "spicy garlic sauce." Why then, would it arrive without a hint of heat, and no discernible garlic flavor? It was like KFC and gravy with green onions. The sweet and sour chicken, sweet and sour pork as well as the fried rice, egg rolls and crab puffs - all unremarkable as well. The service is over-efficient to the point of annoyance, and like all Chinese joints, even the younger workers seem to go out of their way to be phonetically incomprehensible. All that said, it's cheap and fast and edible - and the portion sizes are very generous, so... two stars.
