  • SOOO impressed!!!! After I posted my review I was immediately contacted by the house of blues staff(Sahsha,Brian Klein,and Tim J.) I was so impressed on how fast they responded to the situation at hand. They were very apologetic,professional,accommodating and they went above and beyond to turn a bad situation into and AMAZING memory. I have told numerous friends,family and clients about my incredible experience and how the House of Blues rocks. What could have been disaster, has now made me a bigger fan and I can't wait to go back. The Venue is AWESOME , very intimate,and the service was outstanding. I HIGHLY recommend House of Blues for an up close and personal music experience with service unmatched by any other. THANKS HOUSE OF BLUES MAUREES
