  • I came in right when they opened to avoid any kind of wait, & im so glad I did because I feel like my 1 year old son perfected the more relaxed & quiet environment. (We came once before for his first hair cut & he did well then too, but it was so chaotic that I feel he was distracted by everything around him.) Today Natalie cut both my (1 year old) sons hair & my (2 1/2 year old) daughters hair. My sons first time was okay. And my daughters first two times were horrible. But today, Natalie was amazing. My son was in & out of the chair in MAYBE 15 minutes. She talked to him & she used the "mommy voice" as I call it. She was very comforting & encouraging. She handled his few movements very well & I loved the outcome of his hair cut! For my daughter she was very encouraging as well, and I feel like that's what made this experience totally different for her. Natalie actually talked to her & asked her questions about the show she was watching & how her lollipop was, just to keep my daughters mind off of the scissors next to her forehead. Haha! My daughter just had a bang trim & hair trim but was done in a about 10 minutes. I highly recommended Natalie! & We will definitely be back to see her. She's patient & so kind with my kids!
