  • My 5 star rating is based on both the staff and Dr. Bacala. I never have an issue with the staff they are always pleasant and helpful. Dr. Bacala is one of the nicest doctors I have ever been around and I hardly have a wait when I go to see her (which amazes me because every other doctors office your standard wait time is 45 min). The one time I did have to wait about 30 min she was extremely apologetic even though I wasn't bothered by it! I've only dealt with one other Dr from the office and that was Dr. Goodell and it was recently I had to go to the hospital at 32 weeks and she was completely rude and unwilling to make a decision about my care and wanted me to make the call. Well I'm not the one with a medical degree now am I? Ultimately the nurse made the decision about my care so I'm glad someone knew what they were doing. From that one experience with her, I would never choose to see her and would give her one star for sure.
