After shopping in Eaton Centre, we stopped in here to see what a Canadian department store had to offer. Overall, a pretty strange experience. While browsing, we saw a shirt on a mannequin that I wanted to try on. We found it on the rack but not in my size. The mannequin had on the only one in my size so we asked an associate if it was possible to take it off. She got really weird and nervous and started mumbling that she had to ask her supervisor. She went over to a male associate and they talked while he looked us up and down like we were recently released from prison. Then he pointed over to another associate and she went over to her and again talked for awhile. We were about to just walk off when the second female associate stalked over and climbed up on the table to get the shirt down. She was ripping the arms off the mannequin and throwing them on the ground and then took off the shirt. Before she would give the shirt to the associate to give to us, she made that girl go over and get replacement shirt and then fully redressed and reassembled the mannequin before giving us the shirt. You would think we had stormed into this woman's personal closet and asked for clothing the way she was acting! Maybe someone needs to tell her that she works at a clothing store??? Definitely the rudest service we received in all of Toronto!
