  • We were referred to Leisure Time through our warranty company to have our pool filter replaced. After the work was completed the filter would not backwash (kinda basic). A call to the company resulted in the advice that maintenance should resolve the issue. Um, no. We dropped using the warranty and paid a professional maintenance company to review the situation. The filter had been improperly installed. At least for repair, couldn't recommend this company.
