  • HA! What a JOKE. I was assigned Old West Builders through my home warranty company to fix my AC during the extreme heat back in June. I submitted my claim and waited the 24 hours for Old West to contact me to schedule an appt. They did NOT call me, so I called them - cannot speak to a live person. Finally I was notified that it would be another 48 hours before they would be able to come out. At this point I just decided to cancel and call someone else - should have called my home warranty company to let them know too. I just received a bill for the $75 service call. Called my home warranty to let them know I didn't get any service - while I'm on hold they called Old West and he told them I cancelled at the door. LIES. WHY would I cancel at the door when I'm suffering in 118 degree heat with no AC!!! DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY - SCAMMERS!!! 0 stars.
