I'm not pleased with having to walk 3.5 miles to this office to find that licence services are not available on Saturday or Sunday.
I was told on Thursday, to return on Saturday and was assured, by two clerks and a supervisor, that they would be able to take care of me on Saturday. Not so. They only deal with title and registration issues on Saturday.
Why wouldn't the staff have known this?
In my opinion if you inform a client that you could be helped on a particular day and further more, requested to come in on that day, wouldn't you expect to be provided that service!?!
My feet hurt, my time was wasted, I'm hot and sweaty and my issues still haven't been resolved.
