  • The highlights and back of my hair were fine, though the highlights were a bit faded. Peter seemed unable to follow instructions I gave regarding my bangs though. I told him to keep them as side bangs, but he instead made them full bangs with weird feathery strands of hair, giving me a permanent messy look. When I expressed my dissatisfaction, all he did was tell me I should use hairspray or let my hair grow out to fix it. I'm sorry but for a FIFTY DOLLAR HAIRCUT I expected better. It's ridiculously expensive (totaled to about Edit: $170) for mediocre service and results. Not coming back. I was so disappointed. Edit: It has occurred to me that I have not fully expressed how frivolously overpriced his services were. We were charged an additional $20 for shampooing on top of what was charged for highlighting to get us to pay for the haircut as well. I'm only giving two stars because of the huge disparity between the climbing pricing and the actual results. He also told me not to cut my bangs myself after he had ruined them. Instead of offering a discount or apologizing, he told me I could come back for him to cut my bangs again. Why would I have my hair cut again after such an unpleasant first experience?
