  • I have purchased Samsung Galaxy S5 for my husband early December. The salesperson told me they had a promotion - buy accessories for $75 or more and get $75 rebate card from t-mobile. So I went ahead and spent $ 80 on accessories. Earlier this week I went back to the store to find out the status of the rebate and no one knew anything about it..They told me they can't do anything about it since it has been longer than 30 days since the transaction took place and they do not keep any records after that. Finally one of the salespeople remembered that it was actually a Samsung promotion and I was supposed to fill out paperwork and send it in to Samsung. Of course now this promotion has ended and there is nothing that can be done about it. There was nothing mentioned to me by the original salesperson about submission to Samsung - he was just too busy trying to make a buck. Every time I go into this T-Mobile location there is a bunch of new salespeople and no one takes any responsibility for their actions. There is no courtesy and they absolutely do not care about customer service. All they are interested in doing is selling you extra stuff so they can meet their quota. Will never go back to this location - not interested in being conned again.
