  • Where do I start really - First, Christine did my pedicure and was very polite and enjoyable to talk to! I got there after work so, by the time I got around to getting a full set done, it was late, almost their closing time. Can you imagine wanting to get out of there yet having a full job to do? Johnny did my acrylics and, at first, he was not the most heart-warming, I have to admit. However, as it was nearing close, Ken (salon GM) was collecting cards to pay and mine did not go through!! It was so embarrassing and a mistake on my bank's behalf BUT Ken told Johnny to finish my nails regardless and to come in and pay when I had time to. I thought that spoke volumes about their customer service! That is unheard of in business today. So, Johnny finished my nails and I of course, apologized for keeping him but he reassured me that it was okay and that's what they do. I went in the next day to pay and actually had stubbed my toe and messed up the polish and Ken took care of it himself. They have gained a very happy client and although I don't go very often, when I need something done, I will be going to Prive!
