  • I'd never booked a cleaning crew before so I decided to use Cleanify because they seemed to be a big company and I assumed they would be more efficient and reputable. When I booked over the phone using their customer call centre I was given a time range of between 12 to 4pm. This is a long time to be waiting for someone to turn up but I was planning on being home for most of the day anyway so I didn't mind. The cleaning crew was due to arrive on Saturday but even though I waited for 4 hours no one showed up. I rang the call centre but they aren't open on Saturdays. I left a message for someone to ring me on Monday to discuss a refund but no one rang me back. I had to ring in again on Monday. So in summary I waited 4 hours, which no way of contacting Cleanify, for a crew that didn't turn up and ended up having to clean the place myself. Avoid cleanify and book a local cleaning crew from Kijiji or something. From what I understand Cleanify are just a middleman. Contact the local crews directly yourself. They would probably be cheaper and just as if not more reliable.
