  • I am an admitted coffee snob. I get my roasted beans from here and grind them fresh every morning. Without fail. And now I even make my own blends. Much like a distiller will take differing spirits to get that harmonious mixture, so do I with my beans. Right now I'm digging beans from Timor and Papua New Guinea. On their own they are fine, but as a mixer, they really shine. So what I'm saying is, you, too, should find the freshest beans and at least grind your own. There are a lot of stores that sell roasted beans (and some that sell unroasted, as well), but few match Desert Winds breadth of variety. And fewer still, have as easy going and fun owners and baristas. And that's saying a lot. Yo owe it to yourself to go here.
