  • Horrible customer service. Had to ask numerous times for someone knowledgeable. The person who finally came out (short guy with beard) said, "I don't know much about this...". I asked for someone who did. Response: "my manager does not know about these check software either." Sorry bunch of losers. Here I come Office Max.
