  • Just called back to speak with a manager. Seems like the manager is only in the store once a week. Went as expected. Spoke with someone who said they were the assistant manager. She spoke to me with all the seriousness of a stoned muppet with a vocal fry. Obviously couldn't care less about the level of service provided or the fact that their donuts are inedible. She did say that they get their donuts pre made and shipped in. Is there any wonder why they have zero line in the drive through and Dutch brothers is two lanes with 10 cars deep.
