The only reason I am giving it one star is because of the sweet receptionist Makayla, I purchased a Groupon in November, but shortly here after had surgery and obviously could not go. Then due to medical circumstances, the Groupon ended up expiring before I could use it: called to ask for an extension to honor it, manager was called and did not even have the decency to call me back herself... had the receptionist do it instead saying there is "nothing she is able to do about it. " bad customer service, so therefore I have no desire to ever go there. Will be sharing with friends that go there and they will lose business from them as well. If you are going to offer a Groupon to get customers, then you should work as hard as you can to accommodate them.
