In disbelief how unprofessional this service is. After calling twice, letting them know my
Mother is in wheelchair but can enter the van with my assistance, told them we were at Door 2; the van arrived with three empty seats, which I assumed were ours since we were first there at the curb and waited 19 minutes. I even stepped on the bus to let the bus driver know we are the party with the person in wheelchair. He let five people storm on the bus, even loaded their luggage. Someone gave their seat to my Mom, not one of those who stormed on. My husband and I stood on the van from the airport to Globe, which is not how I expected to be transported, not sitting beside my Mom who needed my help. I will NEVER use Globe again. It's gone so downhill over the years. The workers there don't care, at least those we dealt with tonight. Others like me who have used them for years have said the same so I don't think this type of experience is isolated. Beware if you choose Globe! There are others out there, no more expensive and all around better. Globe is no longer a choice for me.
