  • My boys (4 and 8) saw Dr. Bailey, he was fantastic with both of them, and very patient with me (mom) and all my zillions of questions. Both hygienists were phenomenal with the boys, during x-rays, during their cleanings, during their wait for the dentist, all aspects the hygienist would stay with the child and ensure the quality and ease of the visit for the child. For that part I am very grateful! The staff did a great job, however, I did dock one star as it was a long wait and discussion for getting through the pricing for the options for dental procedures being suggested after seeing the dentist. I am grateful that we could go through them, and to know in advance what the pricing is looking like. It may have felt longer because I had 3 young kids there. As well I registered my children online for their appointments in advance, and somehow the data was lost. That was obviously not the fault of the staff, but it was a mild irritant, only because I had my 3 month old with me. I would give 4.5 stars if I could.
