  • Went to these folks a couple of weeks ago with a flat. We've been their customers for years and with many vehicles. A tech told me I did not have a flat, filled up my tire, and sent me off. Last night I had the same flat and a ruined sidewall. At first, all I could get was one new tire and the standard discount for the other 3. You have to replace all 4 tires at a time on my car. I complained to corporate, because this was the store's fault. Corporate and the store today gave me one new tire free and the other three at a deep discount. Now THAT's how to keep loyal customers.
