  • I usually get good service at Sparkle but today it was not a good experience. I got to the car wash about 10 minutes before they opened. I was the 5th car in line. I waited 15 minutes only to find out there would be an hour wait time after they washed my car because they only had 2 people drying cars. This is the only car wash I've used so if they can't staff the business, I'll take my business to another establishment.
