| - Let me preface this by saying my family and I have been spending money at this store since 2003 when we bought into the Via Linda Corridor. We have seen many changes and remodels at this location, but mostly over the past many years what has kept us coming back to this specific store is the level of customer service and to a lesser extent, the value. We have developed friendly relationships with a plethora of employees such as Jose, Stephen, Kathryn, Susan, Venezia, and of course the super welcoming Ali. This past week I encountered an issue that I asked for clarification from the fry's employee Glenn. While he was friendly, his answer was completely incorrect which led to us not being able to activate the offer and losing the savings. When I informed him of this, he sent me to the front end manager, Ryan. Ryan was so disrespectful, unwelcoming, and unwilling to help me in any way that my family is done with this store and company. To not honor what your fellow employee promised is one thing, but Ryan inflamed the situation with his rapid dismissal of me as though I was trespassing on fry's land. Also, previous front end managers, (looking at Jeff, who was so friendly), have always assisted my family on clarifying savings offers and if an employee made an error, they would honor the customer, not flat out lie and say "I can't physically do that". Sprouts is an equal distance from my house as this fry's is and has similar value for the money. And going forward we would rather drive a few extra miles to head to Costco where they value customers and treat them in an inclusive, welcoming manner.
