Hap's is in an area of town that doesn't have that many healthy lunch options. I get the 1/4 Chicken Only (No Sides) 2 Piece-White (Breast and Wing.) Sauce on the side. The breast is a nice piece of smoked meat that they put on the grill for a minute to heat up when served. Discard the skin and enjoy only the end chunk off the wing and you've got a pretty good high-protein lunch for under $4 for the paleo-diet oriented crowd.
