The classes were good but it was nearly impossible to attend one because all the classes were always booked. I had signed up for a 3 month membership but after a while I just gave up and accepted that I had wasted my money. So I decided to cancel my membership. I couldn't find my membership agreement so I emailed them and asked how to cancel. Instead of giving me the information I asked for they kept insisting that I call them. They said "There a few things that we have to do to take care of this" and " we would just need you to stop by the studio to sign a cancellation document" which were both blatant lies. I have since found the membership agreement and there is just one thing I have to do and I don't have to come to the club to do it. All I have to do is write them a letter. But they clearly wanted the opportunity to talk to me to talk me into changing my mind. They were like a stalker ex-boyfriend who won't let you go (please, baby, just talk to me for a minute. I swear I can fix it. It'll be better. You'll see. Just meet with me one time and hear me out and then if you still want to break up I won't bother you anymore). Get over it Club Pilates. I'm just not that into you.
