  • Rather than a review I'd rather give bullet points: -The entire hotel is dirty and under staffed -Cockroaches inside the first floor areas and outside of the hotel -Fecal matter found on the toilet after check-in -Complimentary towels for the pool area had yellow stains on them. I assume it was urine. -Exposed electrical wires throughout the hotel. Electrical Code Violations -Front desk personnel could be more courteous and informed -Jacuzzi is structurally falling apart. Concrete chunks missing. -trenches surrounding the pool area, possible construction happening -exterior window awnings appear to have never been clean -Carpet stains throughout entire hotel -Elevator cabs are dirty, gross, and smells. -Some rooms have microwaves, some don't despite being the same room type -Some shower tubs have cracks in them and appear unsafe. -Vending machines are broken. -Hallway walls have holes and dents. Broken glass picture frames hung up on walls. All in all this Hotel needs to be shutdown and should be subject to a State Health and Safety Inspection. There are numerous Health and Safety Code Violations as well as Electrical Code Violations. It would not surprise me if the City of Phoenix shut down this facility.
