  • They loaded me up with cap I didn't at the time. Took it all back and the young lady in charge kept me waiting there until she attended customers that showed after me. The poor guy that helped me initially, although very polite, didn't know how to take their crap back. Hence the wait for the person in charge. Ended up going to another store and switching from Verizon there. This store really sucked.
