  • With the Disney-facation of Vegas, the Hofbrahaus was my latest discovery of "what not to enjoy" in Vegas. They try to come off as a genuine German eatery but what they really are is a bad imitation. They've got the decor and the glassware down, but the 'kraut, schnitzel, brats, etc all tasted like they were rushed out of 2nd rate kitchen, refrigerated, and reheated for later consumption. Note to self, stop looking for "authentic" ethnic food in Vegas.
