| - This place was AWFUL by the end of the lease. The first year we lived here, it was alright. We had some issues with maintenance not coming out to fix our AC during the middle of summer and had no AC for about a week. That was MISERABLE. We finally got it resolved and had it fixed. We had some issues with cockroaches in our apartment but decided to fix it ourselves since the front office didn't seem to have any concerns for it. It was frustrating to see that they didn't seem to care at all. It went downhill when we renewed our lease. The neighbors moving in by the second year was really rowdy, cars were super loud, and the place always had trash everywhere in the parking lot. They did not maintain the surrounding area at all, dog poop everywhere, trash buildup, salt piles on the stairs from the past winters, tree debris and branches left for weeks, etc. They seemed to have an issue with not maintaining the premises and I do not believe it is worth paying that amount to live around junk. I've seen people peaking in windows, an open pair of handcuffs, loud cars in the parking lot often waiting to pick up random people, and a fist fight starting when I was walking my dog. As a lady, I never felt safe walking my dog at night, and they claimed to have "security" but I would never see them patrolling or anything for the two years I was there during the day or night. After talking to the office and voicing our concerns and my other neighbors concerns, nothing was ever done and quite honestly they didn't seem to care. I am glad I was able to move out. They take it literally by "getting what you paid for" and fixing your own things and cleaning up after others.
