  • Had a procedure in 2013 with Dr. Croushore. Apparently I had to have the procedure redone. Dr. Croushore retired. Dr. Shabba said he'd redo the procedure as a courtesy. My referral was from the VA and it included 3 follow ups. That was back in 2013. Had the new procedure done in 2015. Had one follow up and I am billed. What? The billing lady is unprofessional and robotic. Why not bill me for the whole procedure if it wasn't covered? Obvious clerical error, but talking to the billing lady here is pointless. Also, this place will charge you 38 bucks for saying, "don't smoke." Dr. Shabba is good at what he does, but he needs to crack the whip on the receptionist and the billing lady. Nurses are good here also. I'd go somewhere else if given the choice again based solely off of the unprofessional and sketchy charges.
