I give 5 stars for their cocktails, the concept, and its contribution to Pittsburgh's ongoing culinary and libation revolution.
There's an element of grunge here that, yes, actually reflects prohibition era cocktail dens and even more so reflects south side's dirty charm. I would prefer it if there was just a touch more class and perhaps a bow tie, though.
Hats off to you acacia, and your amazing chartreuse barrel aged gin and your fantastic bartenders.
