  • Typically a good experience at this location, so I went out of my way to come in for an overnight shipping. I waited in an unnecessary line because the second employee was too busy to assist customers. When I asked to ship my envelope, the female employee walked away and refused service. I'm not sure why she acted that way and I didn't wait to find out. If my patronage isn't valued I'll move elsewhere, but I'm surprised to see such low quality service. I won't be back.
