  • I go to this theatre only because it's a convenient location. It's a very busy location. It could definitely use some work as its years of use are clearly evident in broken seats, worn carpeting, etc. I sat in auditorium 16 today. The top left section (by the stairs) of the theatre smelt like urine {so gross...who pees in the corner of a movie theatre?! and why hasn't the carpeting been replaced/deodorized??} Opted to sit in another area, but there were broken seats - the seat that's positioned in the middle of the screen - in several aisles. The floor was also very sticky. The women's bathroom could also use a good cleaning. Unimpressed to say the least. On the plus side, staff is friendly. But, Cineplex seriously needs to renovate this location! Formerly an extremely busy AMC, Cineplex hasn't done any work on the interior. The courtyard received a facelift recently, making the exterior more aesthetically appealing yet the interior is looking dated and rundown. There are several restaurants within walking distance. Pro: can grab a bite before/after movie. Con: limited parking.
