  • Would give ZERO stars if possible. This outfit is amazing. I was very specific with Home Depot about my Washer and Dryer order that delivery had to be in the afternoon on a specific day. This company called me, and of course, the time they would deliver it is a time I cannot be there. Home Depot wouldn't help either. Most incredible rationale for poor customer service I have ever heard. In the future I'll check and see who the delivery company is before I actually place the order. Had I known this, based on what I've read here, I would have not made the order.
