  • My first experience here was definitely less than ideal. The front desk was amazing ! But the person I actually had the service with I would not recommend. The front staff was so good about being friendly and warm and easing my nerves and talking about what to expect. They were so excited. I really appreciated that but once I actually went to get the service I informed the lady that I really had to go to the restroom and she did not want to let me go. She said she only had 15 min and if she can get through fast it will I'll only take 7 min... Well I cannot control needing to use the restroom. Although she kept mentioning I should not go as that takes away time I told her I really had to. I went and was back in less than one minute rushing and she was not even there in the room! She was rushing me and now here I am waiting on her to come back ! I thought that was hypocritical and rude. She then went so fast through everything and did not even seem remotely interested in any real communication. The customer service was lacking heavily. She could care less at what I said and instead of being reassuring I felt she was just trying to rush me out for her next client. I would never go to he again. That was just one thing but I had a few other issues with her comments that were so dry. European Wax is used by my friends and they love the place but I hate my first experience was do poor. I highly recommend re- thinking going to this location as you may get this young lady or at least request a specific person. Very disappointed in the service they provided. I could say more about the specifics but the point has been made.
