  • I hate leaving both very good review and very bad review in the same year... but this place is very inconsistent in their service that I have to leave this bad review. I came in to get my sets taken off so I can rest my worn nails and just get a regular polish. I must have gotten her at a bad time or something but the lady who "helped" me (I won't mention name) was the epitome of a bad service: no smile, rude, rough and just plain moody. She went ahead and took of my acrylics off roughly, tugging and scraping them off my nails so hard that I winced several times from pain... it felt like getting a bandaid ripped off several times on the same spot. You supposed to soak the nails first before scraping them off! And she didn't do none of that. Yeah it was horrible; I had tears in my eyes from the pain. She didn't apologize for being so rough and didn't make an attempt to lessen the discomfort. So I bear it so I can just get through it. The whole time she wasn't smiling and just gave me the "I hate being alive right now" kind of look. If you had a bad day lady, DON'T TAKE IT OUT ON ME!!!! After she's done scraping them off, my nails were raw, bruised and painful (for the next 24 hours). I wanted regular polish to cover them up so she went and applied them without filing the rough surface down first. And she didn't even bother to wait for the coat to set and she might have even forgot the top coat---which I ended up applying at home instead. As a result of all these awful service/treatment, I have uneven, bruised and chipped nails. I liked this place at first but now no more.
