I would give them 5 stars for their shooting lanes. Very nice layout. Would be nicer if counter space was moved away from the windows so spectators could watch the shooters. I think I counted 10 employees while there and no customers at 10:00 AM on a Tuesday. I can see where they would get very busy in late afternoons and on weekends. Guns and ammo prices seem a little higher than I usually pay but I order ammo in bulk online so don't pay sales tax. But markup on guns and ammo are very low anyway. Probably the meat and potatoes of their business is classes and package deals to people that don't own firearms wanting to get familiar with them and memberships to shooters that don't want to drive to Usery Pass or Black Canyon and face the heat and dust. Shooting in street clothes and air conditioning is a very nice plus. I'm guessing there are several corporate package deals for employers offering perks for high value employees. I think even in a bad economy large employers still do that for their top performers. If I wasn't retired I would recommend that as an incentive where I worked. Friendly staff, seemed knowledgeable and safety conscience.
