  • I have used these guys before and because of how they treated me last time, brought me back to them again. Randy originally took the work in the beginning. I was seeing some smoke coming from my engine or under the hood somewhere so I had them check out what the problem was. My oil pressure gauge was sky rocketing thru the roof and the vehicle was loosing power. I brought it in in the morning and they got to work on it the same day. The diagnosis was that I had a shorted out plug that attached to the a/c and there was two wires that were touching up against some metal. Also a oil pressure switch had went bad so they replaced that to prevent it from reading wrong. Ok cool. So I come pick up the vehicle and start to drive it back home. I almost get home I turn on the a/c and ohh shit, the oil pressure gauge is thru the roof again and the power is cutting out. I call them up, ask to speak to the manager Jack, and he agreed to have it towed back to there shop at no cost to me. I didnt want to chance driving 8-10 miles and have it clunk out. Ok great, especially since I used my 1 tow for the year and would have to pay for the next one. I felt as though they misdiagnosed it and should be there obligation to get it back there. At this point I already paid $330.00 for that issue. I told him I wasnt paying anymore money for something that should have been fixed the 1st time. Even Im the one that told them what was going on and I didnt tell them about the gauges fluctuating. The gauges in my vehicle were now shorting out and I would loose power to the point were the car would clunk out. So I leave it there over night and next day comes and he says its an electrical short somewhere and they are having a hard time figuring out why its doing that. They got there top tech on it after I told them they have until the end of the day to fix it or Im taking it to somewhere where they Ford certified technicians. He took it as a personal challenge and 45 minutes the next day before closing time they figured it out. The senior tech cleaned and regrounded all my wires. I must admit, I was a bit skeptical and didnt think they were going to figure it out. Electrical issues are not easy to figure out but it seems as though, they finally fixed this issue, in which I didnt ever think was going to be resolved. My final bill on that issue was $280.00. So $600.00 later and its all fixed. I dont agree with how much they charge, especially with how little of parts that had to be used, but if this is what it takes to get it done right, Im good with it! Good job guys, especially your top tech that took it as a personal challenge to figure it out. U get what u pay for, and hopefully now this electrical issue has been resolved and I can put this behind me. I would recommend this company to others. They do have the knowledge and expertise to get your problem figured out, no matter what it is. Good job again guys!!! Ill be bringing my other vehicle in a week or two for some other issues. Ill keep y'all updated. :)
