  • Fantastic service on my first service visit three weeks ago. I will update by my next service appointment, but I'm usually stressed out every time i take my car in for service, and I know it's going to be expensive. I used to go to MB of Scottsdale, but I had a different service rep every time I went. My service rep here has been there for 12 years, was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, and, even when I was stressed out, and frankly, rude to him, he was absolutely professional, focused on every one of my concerns until I was completely satisfied. I can't say enough about how grateful I am. Today my battery was acting up, I had a question if any computer needed to be reset or if there would be any malfunction if I replaced my battery myself. I called MB, they routed me directly to the same service provider, and, just like before, he was extremely helpful. He said it would work fine if I did it myself. I did, and it worked fine. I really look forward to taking my car back in there for every subsequent service appointment. I'm truly impressed by the quality of their service.
