  • Finally came to Parliament with some classmates today and we each ordered beverages. I was happy to download the Parliament Espresso app and order a complimentary flat white with almond milk! We enjoyed the complimentary and adorable water display while we waited for our beverages in one of the comfy seating areas. The gentleman who assisted me was kind and explained what a flat white was and how "payment" worked. Weird that it was $0.02 but I don't mind that. The coffee was strong with robust flavor. The atmosphere is trendy but laid back and it was a great spot to gather and chitchat. Im not sure I could study in there without some white noise playing on my headphones because the music might be distracting but I'm like that in a quiet room too. I will certainly be back!
