  • Terrific service, friendly, warm, efficient SAs, and a really unusual selection of exotic, rare and different Chanel handbags here at this location in the Encore. Small-ish boutique but they do carry a larger # of specialty handbags than the other Chanel boutiques in/near the Strip. Sales associates Sheroo and Lin were both terrific. Worked hard to find what I wanted in color/size combo that worked for me. Very patient and really nice people. This was a far better, more personal experience than at the Chanel boutique in Bellagio or Wynn. I'll be back for sure.
