  • Ribs where okay...they had a very light smoke ring if at Ll. The texture of the rib was a little off like it was parboiled before smoking. The fatty end brisket was delicious though. For sides we got Mac n cheese, baked beans, and Cole slaw. Nothing special about any of it...tasted like good old velveeta.
