  • I called King Plumbing last Sunday and received a call the next day from Terry. Brendan came out that afternoon, assessed the situation and made a suggestion to return all the shower/tub Trim I bought and get the correct Valente trim. Brendan was very thorough and friendly and made some great suggestions. They even sold me one of their Soft Water Units. I haven't heard or seen one yet, but trust the reputation of King Plumbing as experts in their business. I will provide a review of the Water Softener once I see it in action after a few months. Central Arizona Supply in Phoenix where I bought the Avanti Trim gave King Plumbing high marks when I told Dave they were doing the repair of the Trim installation for the Tub/shower and installing a new Soft water unit. Can't go wrong if a Plumbing Supply company gives King Plumbing some high marks! Time will tell after the Water Softener is installed.
