  • Randomly strolled in here Black Friday afternoon while waiting on a visiting family member who was shopping around the corner. The jewelry selection was nice and I ended up trying a few pieces on. The employees were beyond friendly, helpful and oh so patient with me! I wanted to look & try on several rings, and then kept going back and forth between 3. Tonia did everything she could to ensure I was sure about which one I wanted (yes, I ended up buying something!). Not only was my visit extremely pleasant, but they went above and beyond even after my purchase and during my "repairs", making sure that I received the absolute best!! I purchased a yellow gold Kallati ring, and wanted it dipped (it wasn't offered in white) and sized. The store advocated for me to the jewelry maker and was able to get a special order white gold version for me! They really went out of their way and I will continue going back for my jewelry needs!
