  • I wrote the wrong review in the wrong area... This is where I meant to write it in. I wish I could put a zero... First off, the staff is rude, un-professional, and certainly un-trained and all Doggie Districts are pure lies! Second, there is a false impression that doggie district tells dog owners that the dogs are out in the yard, yet they come home sick or smelly (like pure dog poop) as if my dog was standing in their own feces for the full time I am working while they are there! I can verify this because I looked at my dogs paws and the nails were covered in poop in the shower. (And my dog never poops in house unless my dog is deathly ill) Ever since the owner of Doggie District started having more locations they have neglected their older stores. Please to everyone... DO NOT BRING YOUR DOG TO DOGGIE DISTRICT!!! They will I repeat throw your dog in a kennel and "stage" your dog for play. The workers here are all lazy... Especially when the manager is not around. It is clear. Look at the workers, when you ask them how your dog was they will look at you like you are crazy, look away and say they had fun, they never even mention if your dog has eaten!!!!!!!! There answer is, " I am sure" But really, if your dog could talk, they would say... "Please don't bring me back here!" My dog has been crying when loading in the car something she has never done and now I notice this, I thought she just wanted to be with us :( Little did we know I've heard more stories of kennel cough at this location why? Because they leave dogs in the kennels. There is no open play! This is a gimmick. Something is wrong with their water, my dog comes home thirsty and drinks until I have to stop her for a break to prevent a stomach twist... My dog comes home sick every time, in hindsight now I am putting the puzzle together. This should not happen. I will not bring my dog back here and I have been a long time customer ever since this place opened. Promises have been broken, nothing is consistent, and who knows what else goes on! I am appalled and heart broken feeling like my dog has been abused/neglected :( I am in tears thinking about this terrible service. Austin... Please read this post. Look at your old doggie districts before you lose more of your customers, or a a dog gets severely ill or even you getting a law suit ( not a threat just a warning) I actually have almost half a month of daycare, but I do not care. Sadly, I will not be back. Money hunger has taken over proper management GOOD BYE!
