  • We used Edwin Wilson to list our house in April 2015. It was our first sale and he did a great job. Pre listing he gave us tips on how to set up the house, and once we were done he took some amazing photos for the listing. The house sold quickly (under contract is less than 3 days), and he even arranged to have quotes for any repairs that came up in the inspection, and arranged the appointments for the work (with our input, of course). The latter was a huge help since my wife was already working out of town and we were mid-process with moving. Everything went smoothly and we couldn't have been happier with the process.
