  • Just an update to my previous review - this place is my go to but they really need to work on their professionalism and customer service skills while answering the phone. It sounds like they're doing me a favour by booking me in - aren't I paying for this service? I actually cringe when I have to call in because they're always so rude and abrupt on the phone. I know you guys are busy but please don't take your frustrations out on your customers.
