  • Amazing Amazing customer service! I mistakenly broke my monitor stand (no there weren't four screws in the back of the monitor) and couldn't figure out how to fix it. I called this Trox Tech and Brooke's provided amazing customer service. He told me where I can find the part and since it was such an easy fix he stated that if I needed help I can bring it by so he could fix it for free. I ended up purchasing an entire new monitor but if I have any future PC issues this company will be my go to. Thanks Brooke's for your amazing service.
